ECOS Paints - Concrete Stabilizing Solution is used prior to painting a surface that is worn, chalky, or weathered. The solution bonds with the surface and provides a suitable surface to begin painting. It helps to reduce the crumbling and flaking of soft porous substrates like concrete, masonry, brick, mortar, render, or plaster. Ideal for use as a pre-treatment before painting. Will not remedy failing substrates.

Application/Coverage
Shake or stir before use. Apply one coat by brush, roller or spray. Allow drying thoroughly before over-coating. Do not apply when rain or frost are expected.
