Along with realistic visuals and textures, the patented COREtec construction core is used in COREtec Plus Premium to create a softer, warmer, and quieter floor. COREtec Plus Premium is 100% waterproof, so it can be installed in wet areas and will never swell when exposed to water. Additionally, COREtec Plus is inert and dimensionally stable, meaning that it will not expand or contract under normal conditions. These features make COREtec Plus a great alternative to glue down LVT, solid locking LVT, or laminate flooring. Further, COREtec Plus Premium never needs expansion strips in large rooms. Each COREtec Plus Premium plank features an attached cork underlayment that is naturally resistant to odor-causing mold and mildew.
COREtec Plus is GREENGUARD GOLD Certified for indoor air quality meeting the requirements for the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute's most stringent testing criteria for harmful emissions of formaldehyde and harmful VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).
