COREtec Plus Design Distinction Ipe has a dark brown colored plank that gives a rustic feel in any room. COREtec Plus Design is an entirely new category of vinyl called Engineered Luxury Vinyl flooring. The patent-pending construction of COREtec Plus Design features an innovative COREtec core structure, which is an extruded core made from recycled wood and bamboo dust, limestone, and virgin PVC. Since COREtec Plus Design floors are 100% waterproof, COREtec Plus Design can be installed in wet areas and will never swell, smell, or warp when exposed to water. These floors can be floated over most existing hardwood surfaces or substrate without the unwanted telegraphing common in other locking or glue-down LVP products as COREtec Plus Design floors do not require acclimation. Because COREtec Plus is inert and dimensionally stable, it will not expand or contract and never needs expansion strips in large rooms. Each COREtec Plus plank has an attached cork underlayment for a quieter, warmer vinyl floor that is naturally resistant to odor-causing mold and mildew.

The COREtec Plus Design Collection represents the latest innovation in WPC flooring as a superior alternative to glue-down LVP, locking LVP and Laminate flooring. It employs Embossing technology in Multi-Tone and Multi-Width Planks as well as Multi-Tone and Multi-Width Tiles.
