According to The Washington Post, federal agencies "often lack the authority and resources to monitor and control...[chemical] hazards. Of the nearly 80,000 chemicals regularly bought and sold today...fewer than 10% have been tested for their capacity to cause cancer or do other damage."
All Savvy Rest Organic Mattresses are made of natural Dunlop or Talalay latex rubber, with durable casings of certified organic wool and certified organic cotton. Natural latex rubber is supremely comfortable, supportive and pressure relieving. This natural mattress will respond reliably to your weight and shape for many years.
A natural latex mattress performs consistently for decades—natural mattresses made with these materials outlast two or even three conventional mattresses. Savvy Rest provides a 20-Year Warranty for the Serenity mattress.
The Serenity is made of three 3” layers of all-natural Dunlop and/or Talalay natural latex, in personalized combinations of Soft, Medium and/or Firm (How to Choose). The sturdy organic cotton casing has organic wool batting quilted inside. The wool fill promotes a cooler, drier environment and more comfortable sleep. The Savvy Rest Organic casing closes with a strong brass zipper.

The Tranquility mattress includes two 3" layers to create the support or cushioning your body needs. It’s a good choice for toddler beds, bunk beds, or for smaller adults who like a quite-firm mattress. It is not recommended for people weighing over 160 pounds.
You can choose very firm, very soft, or anything in between for your natural mattress, even on different sides. Whether you need a super-soft top or extra-firm support—even both—your Savvy Rest natural mattress will be made just for you.
To simplify the selection process, we have included all common latex configuration options below. For Twin, Twin XL, and Full sized mattresses, you select a latex configuration for Side 1, and you select 'Solid/No Split' for Side 2. If you are ordering a Queen, King, or California King size, you can select 'Solid/No Split' for Side 2, and you'll receive full-width latex layers for the same feel on both sides. Alternatively, you can select a different configuration for Side 2, and this will allow you to adjust the softness/firmness on each side. It will also simplify the process for adjusting the layer configuration or swapping latex layers. We've ordered the latex layers for Side 1 and Side 2 from Top to Bottom, but you can alter the order of the latex layers to adjust the mattress to your comfort preferences. You have 90 days from the date you receive your Savvy Rest mattress to be sure you're happy with its firmness or softness. If you decide after a few nights or a few weeks that you'd like a layer to be softer or firmer than your original choice, Savvy Rest will ship you a replacement layer, and you can return a layer in the same box. You'll only pay the cost of shipping. Please contact us if you'd like to take advantage of this latex exchange program, and we will facilitate the process for you.
Mattresses usually ship in 2 weeks via a common carrier. DwellSmart is including White Glove Delivery with your Savvy Rest mattress purchase. White Glove includes in-home mattress set up and package removal.
