Insect Repelling Garden Candle |
This Amazon Garden Candle is made from 100% sustainable palm wax and scented with 10% essential oils of andiroba, citronella, rosemary, and thyme. You're probably familiar with the insect-repelling features of citronella and rosemary. The andiroba oil is sustainably harvested by indigenous Amazon tribes from the nuts of the Andiroba tree—also known as the Brazilian mahogany. Amazon natives have long appreciated andiroba oil for its ability to make pesky insects lose their appetite. While the mosquitoes hate it, we think you'll love the natural herbal/crushed pine scent.
Each candle burns for around 28 hours. The manufacturer supports Community Trade in the Brazilian Amazon. The andiroba oil is sourced through the indigenous tribes of the Amazon Co-op.
Dimensions: 4¼" diameter x 3¼" high.
