This test kit provides a simple and reliable method to test for lead and get instant results.
Ingesting lead paint and breathing in lead dust is the #1 contributor to lead poisoning, which causes brain damage and affects over 200,000 children each year. The test kit allows you to test suspect lead paint or lead dust using EPA and HUD approved methods. This test meets EPA Title X requirements for real estate transactions.
The test kit is easy to use. Complete test samples per directions and sent to the lab with a $15 lab fee in the provided envelope. Lab analysis utilizes an atomic absorption spectrometer to determine lead content. Results are returned within approximately 2 weeks.
