Handmade by the women of the women's cooperative of El Cerro, Nicaragua. Thousands of pine needles are woven into each bowl.
The purchase of these decorative pine needle bowls helps continue this art form and provides an excellent incentive to good forest management. The manufacturer is a member of the Fair Trade Federation.
